About John S. Rhodes

John S. Rhodes is a usability practitioner.   He is a consultant, teacher, student, and writer.  He has broad interests in areas such as psychology, interface design, usability, artificial intelligence, findability, web marketing, and strategic management. 

John operates the WebWord Blog, providing people with intelligent information about usability, human factors, web site design, information architecture, content development, and a whole lot more. 

John has done human factors and usability work with, and for, several organizations including IBM, Women.com, Cabelas, US WEST, Universal Instruments, and Broome Community College.  He has a B.S. in Management Science, an M.A. in Philosophy, and an M.A. in Experimental and Cognitive Psychology at Binghamton University.
