You get a syntax like this: In an empirical test we did on a Danish newsgroup this format was the most widely recognized by different emailclients. Actually it is also defined in RFC 1738 as the suggested way of writing URLS in email: Note that it does not suggest the spaces, but as I said our emipircal test indicated that that way was more succesful. The syntax also has the advantage (for emailclients that supports it) that it supports URLs that are broken over more than one line. Best, Jakob
