Towards an epistemology of usability evaluation methods -- "The aim of the paper is to stimulate discussion about areas in need of further scrutiny before we have coherent body of evidence on usability evaluation methods that serves practitioners' needs and meets researchers' requirements to methodological rigour." (Comments: I am feeling very dense about this article. I simply could not scan it and understand it. I have the feeling it is actually useful.)
