Is The Moose Smoking Crack? (Talking Moose) -- "Nothing will change until Windows XP and .NET get released. That's around November 1. Then it'll take several months for those events to get traction in the economy (spending on new PCs will go up after Windows XP comes out and IT spending will go up after .NET comes out)." (Comments: The Talking Moose thinks that Microsoft will help us escape from the economic tough times. That just doesn't make sense to me. I don't think that Microsoft is the answer.
