Reader Feedback -- "It would be really handy to have four GIFs or PNGs demonstrating monospaced and proportionally spaced with both one space and two spaces after the period. Indeed, the "next level" would be to have four copies of your web page - monospaced one space, monospaced two space, proportional one space, proportional two space. Then people could empirically decide what looks good." (Comments: This is a reader reaction to One Versus Two Spaces After a Period. I think this is a great idea. If someone would whip up some easy to understand examples, I would link to them. By the way, people woudn't empirically decide anything. Instead, people would make some judgements, data would be gathered, and it would be analyzed. In other words, observations are subjective but the analysis of observations is objective.)
