Learning from the Work of Others (User Interface Engineering) -- "How do we learn from usability tests if the details of screening, test protocols, and analysis are not presented along with the test results? Can anyone accurately reproduce a usability test series from the limited descriptions in a typical conference paper? Most importantly, how can we learn from others without dogging their steps from start to finish?" (Comments: I liked this article. However, one thing definitely bothered me. Most of the article talked about research produced by Rolf Molich. There were kind enough to give readers the URL of his web site but they didn't turn it into a link. What a shame. While it wasn't hard, I still had to copy and paste the URL into my browser.)
