DefenseLINK: Usability Study -- "Use of the World Wide Web increases continuously; in the near future, this will provide the greatest means for public access to information, and the most direct way for the Department of Defense to reach the military population and press, as well as the general public. The DefenseLINK site currently is the premiere DOD information-providing site. We conducted a usability test of the DefenseLINK site to evaluate how well the site enables users to accomplish tasks that the site designer has in mind."
