Yes, please. Could someone at Abbey National Bank in the UK look at this. I've given up trying to use their on-line services, because I have other things I want to do with my time than watch their nice graphics load and guess where the navigation is.

One of the problems with the on-line 'revolution' is that all the knowledge the IT industry had built up over years about how to process TRANSACTIONS was thrown out in favour of 'cool' design. These people seem to appreciate that.
