Conspiracy Theories? -- It is interesting to note that George W. Bush is member of the Skull and Bones, a secret society at Yale University. He's also a member of the Bohemian Club. It is also interesting that there might have been direct financial links between Osama bin Laden and the Bush family. In other interesting news, did you know that bin Laden attempted to assassinate George Bush about two months ago? Cheney understands war in the Middle East. I should also remind people that Dick Cheney's oil company made a lot of money selling oil equipment and services to Iraq in the late 1990's. Combined, Bush and Cheney are very friendly to big oil. There is a lot of oil in the Gulf. Did I mention that Bush and Cheney care about oil? If you want to think about this stuff some more, and you feel like reading, check this out.

Colin Powell announced, in May of 2001, that the US government was awarding $43 million to Afghanistan. Why?? Because the Taliban agreed to help fight the "drug war." Read all about it:
