Wireless Usability 2001-2002 Report -- "This report is based on a study designed and conducted by Hastings Research to establish the present state of usability for wireless devices, protocols, and connectivity in the U.S." (Comments: Please do me a small favor. If you buy this report, please let me know. I am very curious to find out if people are willing to pay for this kind of research. WebWord does research for clients all of the time but we haven't really tried to sell general research reports. Should we?)
