WebWord Comment -- We're always working on projects here, behind the scenes at WebWord. I just made a deadline. Bam! Pow! Bang! If you are curious, my main jobs are to interface with clients, design research studies, and write reports. I'm the voice of WebWord. I'm the top banana. However, there are other user experience experts that get other things done here. For example, one person is great at sifting through the data so that it can be effectively analyzed. Another person is really good at finding the right users, and then testing them. And there are others beyond that. Believe it or not, WebWord is much more than this weblog. You'd probably be surprised at just how much we do and how hard we work. When you don't see content on WebWord, it means we are really, really, really busy.
