Knowledge management project for Roads and Traffic Authority (RTA) (Step Two Designs) -- "What surprised us is that while most people were enthusiastic about the content, there was equal interest in the admin pages. These pages gave people greater confidence in the system, and helped to assure them that someone would be keeping an eye on how the system was going. It also gave a sense of "transparency" in the way the system worked."
