The Delta Method -- "By adding a few new aspects to the requirements, we can use the same software development logics and produce something that is actually useful. By stating for example that it should be easy to do something, rather than just possible, we get a bit closer to what we want to achieve. This is what Usability Engineering is about -- making sure that a piece of software works easily for specific users doing specific tasks in specific contexts."
