Turning rules into requirements (ADTmag.com) -- "One of the chief challenges in any business-rule approach is to elicit the business rules. While business experts are the source of the rules, they sometimes do not agree on or know what the business rules are or should be. One best practice that emerges is the use of facilitated workshops (JAD-like structured workshops). This is done in the context of building other models that supplement business rules."
