Australian banks can do more with their Internet channel (IDC Newsletter) -- "The results of the banking/finance portion of IDC's annual Marco Polo survey of Internet users demonstrate that banks need to do a better job in explaining the benefits of their Internet banking services and addressing the concerns of current and potential users. Internet banking and investing is gaining a significant and loyal foothold among Australian Internet users, according to the new report Australian Internet Users and Online Financial Services, but banks are not necessarily making the most of the opportunity they are presented with."
