Quantitative Usability: Extending Lab Research for Larger Sample Sizes -- "This paper discusses how newly emerging quantitative methods may be used to augment traditional qualitative ones. In particular, the paper explores improving the efficiency of usability methods, producing metrics, evaluating user characteristics, and producing quantitative summaries for non-specialist stakeholders.
