I don't really mention any negative things about the Google Voice Search. That was quite deliberate. It is all too easy to get caught up in the negative things about a new idea. I think that is how many usability professionals make their way in the world. And it sells because we we love the negative; we love the dirty laundry. I decided to take the positive road. Regarding your question how does Google connect your phone call and the web page, I think in the google's web page, it says that, you don't have to keep the line busy so that other people can use it too.
