Are other people experiencing the same problem? Does it really require registration? While it is good that I might be registered but not remember, it means that when I link, I forget that others will need to be registered. I wonder how often this happens? It is a usability problem.

That's a short article without much content. Instead, let me toot my own horn here and point you to my article, Top 10 Resume Dos and Don'ts (which I wrote over 3 years ago). But I prefer marketing yourself through contacts rather than submitting your resume to some HR puke who doesn't know jack.
