WebWord Comment -- Two more Voyeur Web tools: Real Searches (AltaVista) and Take a Peek (Ask Jeeves). There is also a very good page over at Search Engine Watch called What People Search For. (Comments: Thanks Martha.)

I've been looking at the What People Search For link. Has anybody else noticed that many of the questions are repeated? I mean after the page has refreshed a few times you are likely to see the same questions...

Now I'm asking myself if these are truly the questions that are asked shown in real time, or if they're just a pool of FAQs?

You missed the big source - wordtracker (www.wordtracker.com). Wordtracker aggregates these public snoops and private relationships with some engines. SEOs use these results to figure out what keywords to target and markets use them to find keyword buys at PPCs.
