Don't Tell Julia Child: Integrating Functional Skills Into Web Courses -- "This case study will illustrate how I integrated hands-on learning methods with Web-based instruction in the HMR-133 course. As the Web-based component replaced those portions the course that were traditionally delivered in face-to-face classroom instruction, the hybrid form of HMR-133 offers a model of how instructional technology can be adapted to the specific demands of job training courses."
