All-Access Pass (eDesign) -- "Diagnosed as quadriparetic, and having no speech capability, Mallory found himself facing a myriad of usability landmines as he tried to navigate the Web, IM friends, and compose emails. He had some motion in his arms, so could use a mouse normally, but couldn't type with a physical keyboard. Eventually, as the muscle tone in his arm decreased, the exertion of using a mouse became too great. Mallory needed to find a new way to use a computer and surf the Web."
