Thanks for this, I have been trying to find out if it's worth buying the second edition if you already have the original.

The amazon pages show all the reviews for the 1st edition which implies there's not a lot of change. This article is exactly what i needed, and I shall now order it with confidence.

I reviewed the book. It is quite a bit better than the 1st edition because it includes many more details. Similarly, they have included some useful examples based on their experiences. Disclaimer: I'm a bit biased; I'm quoted on the very first page. ;-)

Actually, the first page of the book has a different quote on it. I'm serious. A cookie goes to the first person who writes the quote here...!
