Reality Check for Web Design (Wired) -- "The LIFT NN/g software works like Microsoft Word's grammar check, allowing designers to check fundamentals that are sometimes missed due to busy schedules and tight deadlines. But like grammar, usability doesn't always follow strict conventions." (Comments: A somewhat promotional article, yet the LIFT tool does catch my interest.)

I still think people should buy a couple of good books on web accessibility and hand code their HTML. This is just a guideline in a box.

And this software is extremely expensive for what looks to be simply a plug-in.
