The components of a business plan differ from firm to firm, but the general thrust is always the same: what business are we in?

The best people I come across always make a concious effort to understand the specifics needs and peculiarities of the business they are looking at rather than using jargon ridden generalities.

Understanding the inner-workings of business -- their goals and priorites -- will always help the service bureau to service their clients. Important notion to retain. Good job Adam.
