As the Web Gets Easier, More Time for Fretting (New York Times) -- "So instead of gimmicks, online shoppers will encounter more sites that have efficient, easy-to-navigate layouts and customer-friendly features that do things like inform customers about whether an item is in stock, send e-mail confirmation after an order is placed and allow shoppers to track the physical progress of an order in transit." (MadMan comments: This article reads like "what I'm buying this Christmas for my friends and family". It talks more about how much things cost than user experience. Is it truly that good an experience shopping at most e-commerce sites? I find that most have a long way to go. Your thoughts? Thanks Ziya.)
