I've always had this horrbile fear that sooner or later all manual jobs will become automated, and that the only jobs for humans will be in the "service" industry. We'll all work in supermarkets, call centres, and Starbucks. We'll all earn our money being the human interface between "the system" and other happy little consumers like ourselves.
