I used this technique recently, and they're a little more positive about it than I would be. It did seem to fit their particular needs, but I would not recommend it as "the future" of usability testing. Huge amount of administrative/setup, can't see respondent's nonverbal cues, respondent must have a high-speed connection, etc. Posted by: on January 9, 2003 01:19 PM
