People should get paid what they ask for, if you agree to that deal. If they ask to be paid on results, and you accept, that's the deal. It's a trade. Some people are willing to give away valuable items for 'free' (e.g. friends who always organize dinners and events). Also, it costs more for some people to want to do a thing. We're trading the money for the action. Posted by: Bernard on January 31, 2003 02:54 PM
