WebWord Comment -- Today I ran in the 10th Annual Tyler Arboretum 10K Trail Run. It was a tough race and I was forced to walk several times going up the hills. That's clear evidence that I should actually train to run. You might think that since it was raining, and muddy, and difficult, that I would complain. But that isn't going to happen. It was a mental and physical challenge, and I enjoyed every second of it.
