SPAMfighter -- "SPAMfighter is a small tool you easy install on your computer. When a new mail arrives, it will automatically be tested by the SPAMfighter server and if it's spam, it will be moved to your spam folder."

Or, if you don't want to pay and you like Spam Assassin (I do), you could get SAproxy. It will add information to the headers so you can let your mail client choose what to do with Spam. Too bad it doesn't work with IMAP...

I got SAProxy, and it worked pretty well. But then it's been acting weird. It's been maxing out my CPU, hanging my system while both sending and receiving are happening at the same time.
