What I find most interesting about CUE1 and CUE2 (as opposed to Kessner's follow-up study) is how naive all the participants were about what would be required to produce comparable results. Everyone involved assumed that the test results would be similar, rather than almost completely different. The only real result (so far) is the work that's gone into the Common Industry Format for test reports. I'm not sure what Rolf is teaching in his class, but I like the irony of how it will "fine-tune" your testing skills, when his own research indicates that much more than fine-tuning is required.
