Usability sights you seldom see -- (Inspired by Leonardo's Laptop) "One idea would be to encourage software suppliers to provide a one-dollar reward for reporting your software crashes or a dime for dialog boxes you don't understand." (Mac Comments: I created this dialog box after reading the chapter "Unusable at Any Bandwidth" from Leonardo's Laptop by Ben Shneiderman. Here are three sample chapters from the book.)

Yes, because software developers are tripping over themselves to fix the least little bug (feature) now, and need to offer an incentive to have something to do.
