WebWord Comment -- Why do so many people think that Dell's core business strength is selling cheap computers? That isn't a strength at all. It is simply an effect of their actual strengths: supply chain optimization (i.e., negative cash conversion cycle), intense product line focus (e.g., value personal computers), and customer interface tools (e.g., direct sales via web site, with configurator).
