Legalsim is the price of democracy - it's a healthy sign that the government is not above the law. And in this case both the judge and the politicians appear to have got it right - the judge said the FCC would have the authority to maintain andenforce a do-not-call list, and the politicians are looking for ways in which to amend the law.
