That's very good advice. Even the best software has quirks that can best be worked around by sharing among users. Comparing notes is a time-honored method that we don't use enough, even with the availability of the Internet. That's why I love Internet discussion forums.

That's true. Too often, we usability consultants try to re-invent the wheel, or at least reverse engineer it...
